Health is true wealth here’s why Dehydration in the body relates to social economic poverty. the conditions that plague our society is a microcosm of the world within and it all begins with the flow of water as currency. In business you know it as cash flow the body knows it as hydro. A lack of the resources creates poverty so how do we change the direction of the flow? We must first understand the infrastructure of Mother Nature design and how it connects to the inner body. Energy can not be created or destroyed it is only transferred or changed from one source to another… it is The Law of Conservation of Energy. So flow with me as I connect the dots from the river bank to the individual as a bank to the banking institution. A stream – a running body of water that flows above ground depositing sediment as it travels. A stream can be permanent or intermittent occurring only part of the time. Family Springs is a brand with a message that flows as a stream into communities depositing a healthy alternative to drinking water for the body and stimulation to the economic environment. A stream originates from the source that moves through a channel providing accessible resources for an ecosystem to survive. Our body is a microcosm of society and its environment… Lets Dive In Where there is a lack of water hydration within the body the brain must decide on preservation of life. The brain is in charge of water management so it is forced to redistribute water to the areas that needs it most for preservation of life so it results to drying up the channels surrounding the organs. When the fluid compartment surrounding the organ dries up the area becomes acidic and toxic and registers a signal back to the brain as chronic pain. This is the body signal of drought management. Body fluids are distributed in two main areas the Intracellular compartment and Extracellular compartment. The intracellular fluid (ICF) is found inside the intracellular compartment which located in the cytoplasm of every cell and makes up 40% of our body weight. This (ICF) is comprised of water, dissolved electrolytes and proteins. The main electrolytes found within this intracellular fluid solution is phosphate (PO4-), magnesium (Mg2+) and potassium (K+). The intracellular fluid is found to posses a positive net charge overall. This intracellular fluid can be known as the water/energy bank as it houses the largest amount of water and nutrients and carries the ingredient to produce ATP which is needed to rebuild and regenerate cell growth. The Extracellular compartment holds the Extracellular Fluid (ECF) located on the outside of the cell walls in between the interstitial spaces of cells and tissues. This extracellular fluid makes up 20% of the human body weight and is largely comprised of water, proteins, and electrolytes like sodium (Na2+), chloride (Cl-) and bicarbonate (HCO3-) with the exception of sodium the overall net charge is negative found within the extracellular fluid. The interstitial space can be referred to as a channel as it holds water inside the tissue to support the cells demand and regulate the pH balance of cell. The fluid compartments are separated by semipermeable membrane that are freely permeable to water. The movement of fluids are due to the hydrostatic pressure and osmotic pressure. How does this translate outside the body? Dehydrated conditions in society looks like poverty due to lack of resources. Let me explain… cracked sidewalks, potholed streets, ran down abandoned buildings, homeless people and so on. This fabric is displayed through every major inner city throughout the world. It comes from the lack of distribution of resources to a community of cells (individuals) which are the people that form organizations which are the organs that request for the resources. See cells form tissues and tissues and tissues forms organs and a group of organs working within the same environment is an organ system. When the environment is affected the condition changes which affects the people. Economic geography is the study of human economic behavior under varying sets of conditions which is associated with the production, location, distribution, consumption, exchange of resources and spatial organization across the world. Economic geography takes place in two specific areas of focus. Human civilization and it’s connection to wealth and within the human body as it refers to health. Health is wealth so how do we change it? Providing opportunity to be healthier by beginning at the basic necessity and building block of life… water. By connecting and uniting through water as a medium of energy exchange we are able to pour back in to our communities and fund our economic systems to support the growth and development of every inner-city beginning there because its where a lot of the small businesses are located and is the driving force to the overall economic system. The inner city is comparable to the inner mitochondria of a cell which is the overall energy powerhouse of the cell. Small businesses plays the role of the Electron Transport Chain (ETC) moving electrons from one business to another B2B. This will undoubtedly lead to growth and development from water just like the inside of the body and the entire universe. The geography of our community is formed by groups of people within a region. A mass or heap of people in a place at one time. This is defined as a bank… Bank – is defined as the land alongside the river or lake which is a mass or mound of a particular substance. A bank can be used to support, confine or redirect the flow of currents/energy passing through water. The people makes the bank because individually and collectively we are formed fro a particular organic substance made from earth materials and we all possess stored internal potential energy within us. We are water and water also possesses internal potential energy and we are what we are largely made up off and consume. A river bank directs the flow of currents. A bank directs the flow of currency. And a mound of people are able to direct the currency flow of the incoming stream. A bank can hold/reserve a flow of electrical currents which is deposited by the people resources and is used to stimulate the environment, economy or the human body. A bank is a conductor for the movement of electrical currents because it impacts the direction towards health or death. A bank in regards to the human body is considered to be the cell membrane which is the outer layer of our skin which holds in the moisture. Within the body the cell membrane is the outer layer of the cell which regulates the flow of water that passes through the cell causing electricity charges each time it passes. Water is the stream of means that moves through channels supported by the “river” bank. Energy moves as currency through the water and the bank guides the flow controlling the surge of electrical charge with the power to stimulate growth of life. Poverty comes from a lack of distribution of resources because God knows we are in the land of abundance and we are not short of anything so it has to be a distribution problem. Water is a natural resource that is made to stimulate a malnourished environment. By providing a means to access organically sourced spring water with natural trace minerals can assist in stimulation of the economic structure. How do you make a change? By Following the Drip and supporting local small businesses within our community.Channel – A natural depression in the ground that holds water. Niche – A nest. Searching to find a like-minded community of people and small business owners that are consciously aware of there environment and willing to invest in making a change starting with water. The channel is the most important part of a stream!! It represents a place for nurturing growth and development. In business its the place where we deliver our goods to reach our customers. Channel partners are our Follow the Drip store locations found within the city to pick up your bottle of fresh spring water delivered from the source. A stream is a source for distribution that moves to and through a channel that provides accessible resources for a community to grow and sustain life. (wealth distribution)

Food for The Soil Food for The Soul

Life begins with a seed that’s planted within the soil of our soul.  See our human body and the earth body are one of the same and to further understand ourselves we must look within ourselves.  But how do we do that if we yet to know what and where our soul is?  In order to solve any problem, you must be willing to travel to the root of the problem and the roots are found buried within the soil of the earth or our gut.  For us, that root takes in the nutrients from the earth’s soil from which life is planted (Soul Food).  Whether its a seed being planted in the ground, a baby being inserted into the womb or food being consumed for the nutrition it all begins in the soil of the earth for man/woman.  Soul and soil are synonymous with one another because they began and continue life.  Not to mention that all of life hangs on the balance of the soul and the soil.  The soul of man is placed within the gut and this place is equivalent to the soil of the earth. “And the Lord God formed man of the dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul” – Genesis 2:7 In comparison, once the seed is buried into the soil or food is buried within the stomach.  The earth and stomach begin a chemical and mechanical phase to breakdown and release the energy needed for life.  The soul of man and the soil of the earth both are composed of an acidic pH which tends to be very low for the stomach usually about a (pH 2) to slightly low for soil (pH 6.5).  This is used in the early phase of digestion by breaking apart bond structure that allows easier consumption of particles for microorganisms such as cells and bacteria.  The top layer of soil is the place where the decomposing of physical matter happens and in this layer is comparable to our stomach breaking down big pieces into smaller pieces of food before passing it along to the roots or intestines. Fresh water helps to transition materials to the next phase of digestion whether it’s for the body of the earth or human.  Water carries minerals directly to the root source and into the small intestines to be absorbed directly.  Water helps the soil to loosen up and carry the organic matter to microorganisms to be processed for plant nutrients. This area in the plant kingdom is known as the rhizosphere which is known to be the region of soil in the area of plant roots in which the chemistry and microbiology influence their growth, respiration and nutrient exchange.  The uptake of nutrients and minerals takes place at the root of the plant and intestines for humans which is more of an alkaline environment.  An alkaline environment provides a place for life to exist and grow.  In order for this exchange to take place, there is an abundance of bacteria and microorganisms that help create the environment needed for a nutrient-rich soil.  Bacteria found within the earth’s soil and in the body does things that cells can’t do like break down carbohydrates, organic matter, and toxins and turn it into energy for other living organisms to process.  The process carries on the cycle of life from the point of nothing goes to waste.  This stage and process of life are probably the most critical because bacteria of the good kind keeps the bad ones neutralized so they don’t grow and cause disease.  By continuing to feed these good guys not only prevents the opportunistic organisms from waking and spreading throughout the body but also prevents the bacteria from robbing nutrients meant for other cells. Essentially without the water and/or organic matter, there would be little to no bacteria and with the absence of bacteria, there would be no life.  Potentially leaving the body to be a desert wasteland.  Making it completely impossible to have any sort of spiritual experience without the presence of a soul.  Water organically matters for life experiences.

Cells Are Fish In A Fish Tank

pH is the potential hydrogen in a solution that describes the measurement of voltage in the solution. Our cells are tiny powered batteries that operates on voltage and transmit waves of  electrical currents throughout the body known as energy. A cells pH range is between 7.35 – 7.45 same as the pH of the blood.  When the cell drops below the normal pH level for its environment it becomes more acidic and loses the ability to recharge and regenerate new cells. Low voltage equal a lower vibration and results in a lower frequency allowing for opportunistic bacteria to cause disease. Chronic pain is a signal for an acidic condition around the nerve endings that warns the body of dehydration. Alkaline water provides the surge the body needs to flush out toxins and generate a charge on a cellular level to fight sickness and disease. I use to believe that green water in a fish tank was killing the fish because the bacterial organisms would overly consume resources of food and decrease the oxygen level in the water causing the fish to die… but I was wrong. What I understand now is that water + light + oxygen = life for all things like bacteria, fungi and algae. These condition breed life to all things giving them the right to exist and multiply. The environment of a fish in a tank will show how our cells work within the human body and how those three major components determines the environmental pH conditions conducive to life on a cellular level. So water management is what actually determines the death of the fish because the increase levels of ammonia and nitrate that accumulates in the tank from improper filtration lowers the pH level of the water creating an acidic environment. The environmental conditions changes the effects of the fish overtime which slowly causes the fish to age prematurely. Any new fish introduced to an environment condition different from what it was use to rapidly feels the effects ultimately killing the fish. Our life and our body works much like the fish in the tank. Our inner body is a microcosm of the world around us and the environmental changes can affect us slowly overtime because changes is apart of life we all go through. But how you are introduced to those conditions determines how well you are able to endure. Fish as well as our cells lives in an aqueous environment and whether we think so because we live on land our earth is largely made up of mostly water, there is moisture in the air we breathe to prevent our lungs from drying out and we need copious amounts of water to ensure we do not dry up from the inside out. Fish in a tank and cells within our bodies are limited in their movement so they must eat and remove waste in the place they rest which eventually changes the environmental conditions of the solution making it more acidic. Because they can not just pick up and move outside that condition freshwater must be added to neutralize the effects creating balance necessary for homeostasis. Fresh water brings in nutrients, minerals and oxygen into the cells body for it to metabolize and also removes the metabolic waste from the inside of the cell to the outside environment where it awaits for more freshwater to remove it from the surrounding environment of the cell. A great example of this would be eating food in your room and throwing the trash on the ground not to mention relieving your bodily waste without flushing. Over time this outside environment will soon change the inside conditions of the body. Water allows for proper waste removal. Gut bacteria and cells breaks down protein creating ammonia as a waste product. Our liver and kidneys work together to remove the waste from the body through urine. In order for that to happen effectively we must consume enough freshwater into the body preferably alkaline water to chemically buffer the acidic waste to assist and maintain the proper functioning of the body’s organs. Like fish each organ has its own pH environment necessary for it to live and if the improper amounts of water does not enter the body the function of the organs energy level will decrease causing them to be less effective and efficient in their daily processes.

Improper Digestion Cause for Disease

Our nutrition process transforms food into the body tissue in order to provide energy for the full range of physical and mental activities that make up human life. Nutrition is the utilization of food by all living things to sustain life.  Metabolism is the biochemical process to extract the nutrients from the food.Improper digestion could be the root of all diseases. Water plays a major role in our digestion and is represented in every stage of digestion. Our digestive tract is very important to our bodies mental and physical health and wellness. The purpose of digestion is to breakdown food through a mechanical and chemical action into a substance that can be used by the body. The chemistry equivalent definition is to treat a substance by means of heat enzymes and solvent to promote decomposition or extract essential components. This is such an important process that we sometimes neglect the importance of how critical this phase is for our health. If at any point the chemical action that goes into the process of digestion is interrupted, it can offset the enzymes that trigger the mechanical processes (peristalsis) which moves food through the digestive track. Movement of nutrients and waste is absolutely necessary for a healthy life.  Enzymes can only work in favorable conditions, at lower body conditions the enzymes still work but much slower making them less affective. Enzymes depending on there location need a pH 7.5 environment for them to work best, whereas the stomach operates at pH 2. If the environment of the organ that secreates the enzyme is too acidic or alkaline then the enzyme changes shape; which alters the shape of the active site so that substrates cannot bind to it making the enzyme denatured. The digestive system can be divided into two groups. Alimentary which is the portion that is exposed to the external environment (mouth to anus) and the accessory digestive organs which aids the GI tract in the digestion process through the secreation of enzymes.MOUTHNow let’s begin with the start of the chemical process that first takes place in the mouth. This is the first stage/process of digestion. The saliva is the initiation of the chemical process because it begins the breakdown of carbohydrates in the mouth and prepares the esophagus and stomach to receive the food content. The secreation of saliva is introduced into the oral cavity by the three salivary glands. The sublingual, submandibular and parotid gland which produce a combination of different mixtures of fluids for the digestive process to take place.  Saliva produces 1-1.5 liters of fluid daily and contains 95.5% water with the remaining 4.5% being a mixture of ions, glycoproteins, enzymes, growth factors and waste products. The chief component in saliva that initiates the breakdown of carbohydrates is called amylase. In order to get all the nutrients out of food we must produce enzymes to catalyze the hydrolysis of starch into smaller carbohydrates. Food as a whole is too large to be consumed by our cells and because our cells do not have teeth it is consumed by a process called endocytosis. Saliva must range between a pH 6.35 – 6.85 which is slightly acidic to be effective in the early stages of digestion and to also maintain a clean environment for the mouth killing off any harmful bacteria. We should drink 30 minutes before and after we eat, to allow the enzymes in the saliva to initiate the natural breakdown process. When we drink while we are eating it can disrupt the natural pH environment of saliva making it not as effective in the natural chemical process of food digestion. If you find yourself thirsty while eating try fruit instead of fruit juice. When the first process is interrupted it can begin a chain reaction of events that could affect the breakdown in the gut.STOMACHOnce the food leaves the mouth it enters into the next phase of digestion. It takes food between 4-8 seconds from the esophagus to enter the stomach. The stomach contains hydrochloric acid a pH 1.5 – 3.5 and takes 6-8 hours for its digestion process. At this point the acid is breaking apart the structure of food releasing nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats and vitamins. The better you chew your food the easier and shorter this process because the stomach must breakdown the food contents into chyme. Chyme is a mixture of digested food, enzymes and hydrochloric acid. This action is important as to how food is consumed within the next phase of digestion through the intestines. Weak stomach acid produced by denatured enzymes does not breakdown food effectively and can leave harmful bacteria in our gut. This can possibly be passed along into our intestines where it can be absorbed in our bloodstream.Drinking water before food consumption prepares a hormone called motilin to be released which extends the stomach wall causing rhythmic contractions in the digestive process helping food to pass through. Water also prepares the rest of the body for the movement of food through the bloodstream from the extracellular fluid compartment(ECF). Without water the blood will become concentrated from food volume making it harder to move freely through the system. Example: try making a smoothie with very little to no fluid and see the consistency. Before the stomach can empty its acidic contents into the small intestines it must first be neutralize. The pancreas secretes a sodium bicarbonate to neutralize the chyme to a pH 7.1 – 8.0 before it can be released into the small intestines. This process is very critical because without this phase the contents of the stomach would burn the intestinal walls. Once alkalinized the chyme travels through to the jejunum which is a part of the small intestines and majority of the nutrients are absorbed through the intestinal walls and transported into the bloodstream. By the time the chyme finishes traveling through the 21 feet of intestines most of the minerals and nutrients should have been absorbed from the food. Whatever is considered to be waste will enter the  large intestines where the remaining water will be squeezed out and recycled by the body as a conservation of water system before passing out the rectum door.If too much water leaves through waste i.e. diarrhea it is important to hydrate as soon as possible because many of your nutrients and water has left the building. If you are constipated then it is a sign of dehydration because the excess water squeezed out in this process helps the excrements to pass along smoothly through your smooth intestines and is recycled by the body as water conservation.Chronic diseases and other forms of sickness begins as a dehydration problem then chased with a nutrition problem. The nutrients can not flow effectively without the contents of water. No other substitute will do. Pain is a signal to let the conscious mind know that there is something wrong internally with the system. For example like the smoke or carbon monoxide detector sounding off in your home. When you notice smoke you must look to extinguish the fire before it spreads not turn of the smoke detector. The problem is not the detector it’s the fire, nuetrilize the fire will netrilize the pain signal.Acidic waste and toxicity builds up through the improper flow of water and organs not receiving the efficient amount of nutrients/voltage/energy to do its job. This triggers a neuron response in the brain that there is a problem that needs to be resolved.
