Our water is sourced from two distinct natural artesian springs:
- Berkeley Springs, WV — a historic free-flowing natural spring known for its mineral purity
- McRae Springs, NC — a mineral-rich natural aquifer
We personally collect water from Berkeley Springs monthly and transport it directly to Hampton Roads for bottling and delivery.
Our water has a natural alkaline pH of 7.8 — slightly alkaline and ideal for daily hydration.
Multi-stage treatment: 1-micron filtration, 0.20-micron filtration, UV light treatment (kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses), and ozonation (sterilizes and prevents regrowth). All bottles are BPA-free.
Yes, our water goes through advanced multi-stage filtration and purification systems. This process removes impurities while keeping natural freshness. It ensures clean and safe drinking water.
Yes, essential natural minerals are preserved during processing. These minerals support healthy hydration and better taste. It makes our water naturally balanced and refreshing.

We deliver throughout Hampton Roads, VA — Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Suffolk. We also ship 16.9 oz water cases nationwide

Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days depending on your location and service area. We ensure fast and reliable shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly in remote areas.
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Simply contact our support team for assistance. Cancellation is not possible after shipment.

Subscribe and Save lets you get your 5-gallon or 3-gallon spring water delivered on a regular schedule and save 5% off every order automatically. As long as your membership stays active, you save every time.
The Subscribe and Save discount applies to our 5-gallon and 3-gallon natural artesian spring water bottles.
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Cancelling will expire any unused loyalty points.

Loyalty Rewards and Free Bottles
Every qualifying subscription order earns you enough points to redeem one free bottle of equal size per bottle purchased on your next order.
The maximum is 3 free bottles per customer per month, regardless of how many bottles you order.
Yes, as long as your membership is active and you have sufficient points.
Yes. Points expire if your membership is cancelled or expires.
Yes. Free bottles can be picked up at no extra charge, or delivered to your home for a delivery fee.
Bottle Return Program
When you redeem free bottles through your loyalty points, you are required to return the same number of empty bottles or fewer that month. This allows us to refill and reuse bottles responsibly.
The number of empties returned must be less than or equal to the number of free bottles redeemed that month. For example, if you redeem 2 free bottles, you return up to 2 empties.
Empty bottles can be returned at any of our three pickup hub locations or handed to your delivery driver on your next delivery day:
