The Family Springs Story
Every month, the Family Springs team makes the five-hour round trip to Berkeley Springs, West Virginia — one of America's oldest and most celebrated natural spring destinations — to collect water directly from a free-flowing artesian source. That drive is more than a delivery run. It is a commitment: to community, to transparency, and to the belief that clean, traceable water is a right, not a luxury.
The water undergoes double filtration (1-micron and 0.20-micron), UV light treatment, and ozonation — zero chemicals, maximum purity. The result is a naturally alkaline spring water at pH 7.8, rich in calcium (32 mg/L) and magnesium (3.6 mg/L), delivered straight to homes and offices across Hampton Roads.
Family Springs is more than a water brand. Every membership contributes to local nonprofits and fundraising organizations.
