Mental health disease is an imbalance within the brain due to mental stress and fatigue.

The mind and body have a connection like no other and the brain and heart should work together. Any type of disconnection between the two creates disharmony and forms mental disease.

There is a constant fight for balance that so many of us face but are unaware of whether it’s within ourselves or others.

Spirituality is the biggest fight we face because it is an internal fight that raises our mind consciousness awareness allowing us creatively expand our universe giving self fulfillment. The external challenges of the flesh becomes a physical fight that is challenging because it is fought outside and inside the body and the effects of the fight lose by the flesh can offset the spiritual balance which can either help us or hurt us.

The diet is whatever is consumed by the body through any of its senses. The inside of the body is completely dependent on the senses for information otherwise it has no knowledge of or communication with the outside world which means it’s ability to heal, repair grow, regenerate and expand is limited to its environment. The inside world is a community of living organisms that provides immunity for a healthy body that supports the mental wellness of the mind. The diet is meant to feed the soul not the ego.

Mental health can make anyone be perceive as a villain because the source of the problem is internalized through some traumatic experience that occurs and shapes our perception of reality.

What makes a villain a villain is based on an internal build up of acidity which creates toxicity and pain. A person can only endure so much pain for so long until it is displayed externally in a physical manner.

Trauma creates stress which usually comes from the environment and is internalized by the body as oxidative stress. Stress causes dehydration and dehydration causes further stress. Stress needs to be moved by water out the body, into some type of outlet or be shared like beams supporting a structure for balance.

Stress endured over a period of time usually begins to erode or shape its own environment like acid rain to a mountain which now becomes a person’s reality. So in order to neutralize the feeling we can either project it onto others or ease the pain through consumption which usually just feeds the ego making matters worse. Due to the acidity we can have a toxic point of view inside we now must create a world for us to feel comfortable and loved.

Every living organisms desires to create an environment that suitable for their well-being for the growth and development. Growth and development is a core belief that is based in the center of us all. Located in the gut we will choose to feed our soul or our ego. You can not feed both…

“The body can not serve 2 Masters” Which ever we decide to feed grows and externalizes our diet through wants and needs. Our diets are meet by the consumptions of wants and needs. The wants usually feed the ego and the needs is food for the soul but once our needs are overcome with greed it becomes the will of the ego in control.

The ego is always the source of mental health issues and stress because we all want to help ourselves and others… but in what order do we do it? We are taught spiritually to put others first before ourselves and physically we can’t help others until we help ourselves…

Our egos are left in the fight for balance which has us in a literal battle within ourselves on earth as body vs universe as mind. The same ego is kryptonite for hero’s and the source of the problem for villains. Mental health is a distortion of reality based on the egos perception.

Super heroes try to save the world with their egos and cause more harm than good by destroying the world around them to save a few i.e. Scientists, physicians, entrepreneurs, medical doctors. The moral to this is that the action of one decision determines the lives of many and to save the few may create a by product that causes more problems later than it solved today.

Then the villains try to feed their ego by superimposing their idea or perception of reality on the rest of the world. ie. Parents, teachers, supervisors, military, government and society. The purpose to this is that the world is forever changing and while guidance is great the disciplines inforced could shape a reality you didn’t expect because everyone has different experiences that they use to form their own reality.

Everyone deals with some type or level of mental health but based on our stress tolerance determines how we choose to act upon them is perceived by public society based on the actions we choose society perception of good vs evil it’s how we choose to carry out the actions that creates the villain
