Pick Up or Delivery

When you place your order online you will have the option to choose between delivery or local pick up.

When you choose free local pickup you are being introduced to some great people with great businesses within your local area that you may or may not have known about.

Our pick up location are businesses and retailers that offer their space as a safe place for our customers to pick up their water orders. Please be aware of the dates and times for pick up location as many of our locations business hours vary.

Be sure to check your email for any messages or notes pertaining to the details of your pick up.

Upon arriving for your water order pick up you will need your receipt of purchase from your email and or identification.

With our delivery service you will receive customer service that you deserve. We delivery our water and products directly to your home or office Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. If you have any concerns with lifting a case of 24/ 16.9 oz bottles (30 lbs.) or our 5-gallons (43 lbs.) please select a time you will be home and leave a note in our message selection “ASSISTANCE NEEDED!” and we will gladly accommodate.

Please leave or return any empty 5-gallon containers outside your home/office or return any to the designated pick up location.

Placing an order for pick up or delivery is easy as…

 

1. Select a product option from the shop and add to the cart.
2. Proceed to checkout and choose order option for delivery or free local pickup.
3. Select the date and time you will like to receive your order.
4. Delivery days are Thursday’s.
5. For local pick up please locate the business and read the message because dates and times vary from location to location.
